Distance doesn’t separate people…
Silence works when you realize there are some people for safety or sanity purposes that need to be avoided like the plague & that no amount of “talking it over” will make for a healthy relationship of any kind. Set the boundary with complete silence!
You can be in the room with a lot of people if you’re not communicating there is distance. You can only guess what the others are going through or thinking, sometimes guessing is worse than the truths. I can’t have a relationship when there is only silence.
